Rental Property Hoarding Situation

This house was a biohazard/hoarding situation in which both debris and hazardous material needed to be removed from the home. After removal of the material, SERVPRO then cleaned and sanitized the property.

The unfortunate situation for the property manager was to get the home clean even at the renter's expense. The water damage that needed cleaning was why the property management company found out about the hoarding in the first place.

SERVPRO has seen these situations before but the mess needs to be removed in order for the disinfecting and drying to happen after a water loss.
